Hangzhou Youwang Electronics Co., Ltd. is a hi-tech enterprise invested by Unisonic Technologies Co., Ltd. in Taiwan and Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. We are specialized in designing, manufacturing and selling integrated circuits and semiconductor components and devices. Since the foundation in 1994, we devoted ourselves to the development of IC attentively. Now we have formed our own development pattern which is called "Youwang Way" in the Chinese IC field. In 2004 Youwang ranked No.7 among the first 10 IC development enterprises in China. Currently, our products include switch power controller IC, audio set IC, B/W TV and screen color TV set IC, telephone set IC, other industrial and civil consumer IC, low power medium voltage transistors, medium power medium voltage transistors, high power transistors, medium power medium voltage Darlington transistors and LED series products.
